Marketing your home
As soon as everything has been agreed for us to let your property, we will visit the property to collect keys and take professional photos in order to put your property straight on the market for rent. We use established professional marketing platforms as well as social media to generate the best leads. We will also complete a professional floor plan for your property to attract tenants. One of our team will complete all viewings on your home and establish the best possible tenant, not just the first through the door. Credit checks, references and tenancy agreements:
Once we have agreed an acceptable offer and tenant on your property, we will complete the required checks and paperwork listed below to try and get the tenant moved in as quickly as possible. Right to rent check / credit checks / references / tenancy agreement / provide the tenant with all necessary paperwork and certificates / inventory reports / register the deposit with a qualified body (TDS). Move in and management:
When the above checks have passed and the paperwork has been completed. We will collect the first month’s rent and security deposit before the move in date. Depending on the service we are providing you, we will then take care of the property and tenant throughout the tenancy term, making sure all rent is paid on time and carry out regular inspections on the property to make sure everything is in order.
